WARRANTY

Plan B design, construction and performance have been proven over eight years of competition sailing.

I use the best materials I have available and build the yacht with utmost care. I'm responsible and you will see me at the regatta.

I warrant Plan B against any construction or structural fault.

The original manufacturer's warranty of electrical components will be passed to the purchaser.

You will appreciate that Plan B is a racing yacht; that it is built to a minimum acceptable weight; that it must be carefully maintained and that sails, spars, rigging and other wear components be regularly replaced. These wear components will not be covered by any extended warranty.

Nor will damage caused by impact or misuse be covered by warranty.
